Job summary

Trilogy at La Quinta is seeking an experienced Bartender to prepare and serve beverages and food at the bar, restaurant, or patio. The role reports to the Food & Beverage Manager and requires a friendly, hospitality-focused approach in a resort setting.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, recommending drinks, handling transactions, managing inventory, and supporting banquets and events as needed. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Minimum one year bartending experience in a resort or hospitality setting.
• Current TIPS Certification and Food Handlers Card.
• Ability to perform basic math for transactions and discounts.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create welcoming atmosphere and provide excellent hospitality by knowing the resort and dining area.
• Greet and serve guests, make drink recommendations, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Mix drinks, serve wine/beer, take and prepare orders, and manage to-go requests.
• Handle cash/card transactions and balance the cash register.
• Take inventory and order liquors and supplies within budget.
