This role requires quick, engaging interactions and a passion for service. We are looking for a professional who can work evenings and weekends, maintain bar setup, and collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender or in a fast-paced bar.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and engage with them at the bar area.
• Maintain proper setup of the bar daily.
• Recommend beverages and describe menu items to guests.
• Take orders accurately and confirm special requests.
• Prepare drinks following standard recipes and portion controls.
• Input orders into the POS and generate guest checks.
• Stock and restock beer, wine, spirits, and garnishes daily.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle billing promptly and professionally.
• Lock up and store beverages and equipment; secure cash drops.
