Westgate Resorts in Branson, MO is seeking an energetic Resort Activities Host to coordinate recreational programs for guests of all ages and lead engaging activities that create unforgettable memories.

The role emphasizes creativity, strong customer service, and the ability to stand for long periods while assisting guests and maintaining inventory. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and employment is in a smoke-free environment.

Qualifications

• Utilize creativity and polished customer service skills to enhance every guest interaction and activity experience.
• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time as 90-100% of the shift is standing.
• Make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy.
• Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Westgate Resorts is a smoke and tobacco-free workplace.
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.

• Plan and lead the good times in classes, games, competitions, mixers, holiday events, and special themed activities that keep guests and owners smiling.
• Be the go-to vibe creator by answering questions, sharing resort info, and helping solve guest concerns with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Keep the party stocked by managing recreation inventory and ordering supplies while staying on budget.
• Jump in where needed and support other departments to make sure every guest's resort experience feels seamless and memorable.

As the Resort Activities Host, you will:

6 months previous experience in activities/recreation, preferably in hospitality setting.
