Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort is seeking a Houseperson/Runner to support the housekeeping team by delivering supplies, stocking areas, and assisting with guest requests. You will walk the property daily, maintain clean spaces, and help ensure a welcoming environment for guests in Central Florida.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, reliable work ethic, and the ability to lift 50 pounds, with duties including responding to guest needs and maintaining organized linen storage.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Must be able to work in various outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to housekeepers by delivering supplies, removing trash, and cleaning common areas.
• Deliver requested items to guest units promptly and efficiently.
• Greet guests and respond to their requests in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Stock linen closets and other storage areas.
• Walk the property daily to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming environment.
• Report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor.

Job Description

The Houseperson/Runner is a critical member of the housekeeping team, responsible for providing support to housekeepers and ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail.

• Provide support to housekeepers by delivering supplies, removing trash, and cleaning common areas
