Job summary

Westgate Branson Woods Resort in Branson, MO is seeking a Resort Activities Host to energize guests with fun, inclusive activities. You will lead classes, games, and themed events while maintaining a vibrant, guest-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications include 6 months in activities/recreation, ability to stand for long periods, and weekend/holiday availability. The role supports teamwork with other departments and helps ensure memorable guest experiences at a premier resort.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in activities/recreation, preferably in hospitality.
• Use creativity and polished customer service to enhance guest interactions.
• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time (90-100% of shift).
• Make decisions based on judgment and company policy.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must work weekends and holidays as needed.
• At least 18 years old.
• Westgate Resorts is smoke/tobacco-free; must comply with policy.
• Background check, drug test, and work eligibility in the United States required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recreational programs for all ages based on guest interests, resort needs, and season.
• Plan and lead classes, games, competitions, mixers, and themed activities.
• Be the go-to vibe creator by answering questions and helping guests with a friendly attitude.
