Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Weslaco, Texas is hiring an Activities Assistant to plan and implement weekly resort activities and events, delivering outstanding guest experiences across our communities.

You will coordinate all aspects of activities from start to finish, promote events, handle budgets, and communicate professionally with managers and staff to ensure memorable experiences for guests of all ages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service with strong customer service skills.
• Activities experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, coordination and scheduling skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities based on customer needs.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement weekly resort activities and events.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guests have enjoyable experiences.
• Coordinate all aspects of resort activities from inception to completion.
• Plan, schedule, promote and execute events and activities.
• Conduct engaging activities for various age groups.
• Develop supply lists for activities within specified budgets.
• Communicate professionally with managers and staff.
