Equity LifeStyle Properties is seeking an Activities Director in Weslaco, TX to plan and execute resort events for groups and private gatherings. You will coordinate food, volunteers, entertainers, sponsors, and vendor relations while managing monthly newsletters and guest communications.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in events planning, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with the MS Office suite.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in events or activities planning.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and schedule events for all groups and private events at the resort.
• Coordinate all preparations: food/beverages, volunteers, entertainment, ticket handling.
• Arrange sponsors and manage vendor relations for seminars.
• Prepare monthly newsletters and maintain resort communications.
