Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule events for all groups within the resort and private events.
• Coordinate and manage all preparations for events: food, beverages, volunteers.
• Arrange for sponsors to fund events.
• Review requests and select vendors for seminars.
• Manage activities related to monthly newsletters.
• Maintain communication with resort management, guests, and vendors.
• Represent the resort professionally.
