Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality and entertainment industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic first aid and CPR certification may be required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Dependable and dedicated work ethic.
• Comfortable working outdoors for 8 hours or more in Florida’s hot climate.

We are looking for energetic and creative individuals to join our team as Activities Attendants and create lasting memories for our guests. As a Resort Activities Attendant, you will facilitate and lead a variety of recreational and leisure activities for resort guests, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement: Interact with guests, promote activities, encourage participation, provide information about scheduled events, ensuring guests are well‑informed and enthusiastic.
• Activity Facilitation: Lead and facilitate scheduled activities, ensuring they run smoothly and according to plan, ensuring the safety of participants during activities and providing any necessary instructions or guidance.
• Fun Engagement: Actively engage with guests in a fun tropical resort environment, using your personality to ensure guests are enjoying the resort fully.
• Equipment Management: Oversee the inventory and maintenance of equipment used for activities, ensuring it is in good condition and reporting any issues for prompt resolution.
• Guest Assistance: Assist guests in understanding and participating in available activities, addressing inquiries and resolving any related issues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other resort staff to create a cohesive guest experience, collaborating with entertainment and beach operations teams and filling in areas and activities when needed.
