Job summary

CDK Global is seeking a Resolution Analyst to resolve escalated issues, manage disputes, and reconcile payments and contracts. This role involves proactive collection activity and coordination with internal groups to ensure accurate billing and timely cash flow.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in finance or a related field, familiarity with Salesforce Billing and analytics tools, and strong Excel skills. Bilingual English/French-Canadian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Some college minimum.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, customer service, or collections.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Billing and Cognos Analytics or Power BI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolves escalated client issues and disputes; determine resolution.
• Researches issues with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Provide account reconciliations including contract vs invoice and payment application.
• Attend critical calls to review balances due and payment status on delinquent accounts.
• Meet monthly AR goals and SLA targets; prepare and present manual invoice presents.
