The Lubrizol Corporation is hiring a Resin Operator to safely operate and monitor equipment used to process, blend, extrude, and package resin products on a 12-hour shift (6am-6pm) in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

You will follow safety and quality procedures, maintain accurate production records, and assist with process improvements while working with engineering to optimize operations and ensure material traceability.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills – able to calculate gross, tare, and net weights.
• Computer skills – must be able to use email systems, Computer Based Training, MS Excel, MS Word, and SAP.
• Experience in plastics/manufacturing industry is preferred but not required.
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have the ability to work well with others in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor equipment used to process, blend, extrude, and package resin products.
• Follow safety, quality, and operating procedures and maintain production records.
• Perform equipment cleaning and inspections and support plant operations in a team environment.
• Record information on logs and work orders with a high level of accuracy.
• Identify, report, and quarantine non-conforming materials; assist maintenance and engineering as needed.
