Qualifications

• Master of Social Work degree from an accredited institution.
• Current, active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential recognized within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical support focused on resilience, stress management, performance optimization, and overall well-being.
• Discuss personal, professional, and operational stressors to support performance, resilience, and stability.
• Elevate concerns to leadership or medical personnel only when there is clear risk of harm or required by law.
• Provide monthly workshops addressing resilience, stress management, life balance, and other performance-related topics for service members and their families.
• Provide aggregate, non-identifiable trend observations to leadership, without including PHI or PII.
