Job summary

LMR Technical Group is seeking a Resilience & Performance Coach (LCSW) to support Airmen and their families with non-clinical resilience and performance coaching in an overseas environment. The role emphasizes performance enhancement, stress management, resilience education, and overall wellbeing.

The coach will conduct individual sessions, lead workshops, provide referrals to resources, and deliver trend analyses to leadership, while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring access compliance.

Qualifications

• MSW from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
• Ability to obtain and maintain installation access.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one resilience and performance coaching sessions.
• Deliver workshops focused on resilience, stress management, and life balance.
• Support Airmen and family members through performance-focused coaching.
• Provide referrals to available support resources when appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality consistent with program requirements.

LMR Technical Group is seeking a Resilience & Performance Coach to provide non-clinical resilience and performance support to Airmen and their families. This role focuses on performance enhancement, stress management, resilience education, and overall well-being.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one resilience and performance coaching sessions
• Deliver workshops focused on resilience, stress management, and life balance
• Support Airmen and family members through performance-focused coaching
• Provide referrals to available support resources when appropriate
• Maintain confidentiality consistent with program requirements
• Provide trend analysis and recommendations to leadership
• Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential
• Ability to obtain and maintain installation access
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Military behavioral health experience
• HPO, H2F, POTFF, or resiliency program experience
• Experience working with tactical populations
• Previous overseas experience
