Job summary

LMR Technical Group is seeking a Resilience & Performance Coach (LCSW) to support Airmen and their families with non-clinical resilience and performance coaching. Location: Vilseck, Germany.

Requires MSW and an active LCSW, with ability to obtain installation access. The role focuses on performance enhancement, stress management, resilience education, and overall well-being, including delivering workshops and coaching sessions, while maintaining confidentiality and coordinating with leadership

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
• Ability to obtain and maintain installation access.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one resilience and performance coaching sessions.
• Deliver workshops focused on resilience, stress management, and life balance.
• Support Airmen and family members through performance-focused coaching.
• Provide referrals to available support resources when appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality consistent with program requirements.
• Provide trend analysis and recommendations to leadership.
• Other related duties as assigned.

LMR Technical Group is seeking a Resilience & Performance Coach to provide non-clinical resilience and performance support to Airmen and their families. This role focuses on performance enhancement, stress management, resilience education, and overall well-being.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one resilience and performance coaching sessions


• Deliver workshops focused on resilience, stress management, and life balance


• Support Airmen and family members through performance-focused coaching


• Provide referrals to available support resources when appropriate


• Maintain confidentiality consistent with program requirements


• Provide trend analysis and recommendations to leadership


• Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution

Preferred Qualifications

• Military behavioral health experience


• HPO, H2F, POTFF, or resiliency program experience
