Qualifications

• Undergraduate students in a relevant field seeking sophomore status.
• At least 2 years of education in Risk Management, Emergency Management, or Resilience.
• Strong understanding of principles of Operational Resilience.
• Familiarity with Emergency Management Standards.
• Proficiency with computers and common software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Desire to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to organize time and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets and Word documents for Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Plans.
• Meet with process owners to gather information on departmental continuity plans.
• Participate as a scribe in CAT/MAT live events and drills.
• Proactively monitor threats and coordinate with Resilience Leadership on countermeasures.
• Work with the Safety Committee on crisis and emergency management initiatives.
