• Update and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery documents.
• Collaborate with process owners to gather continuity plan information.
• Participate in live events and drills as a scribe with resilience teams.
• Monitor potential disruption threats and assist in counterplanning.
• Support crisis management initiatives and safety committee activities.
