Job summary

Innovation Learning Ltd. is hiring a Resilience Coach for the 2026-2027 school year at Abraham Lincoln, Hoover and Lone Pine Elementary Schools. This part-time position supports after-school and summer programs, with a consistent schedule of 2:20 PM–6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The role emphasizes mentorship, enrichment, recreation, and academic support, helping students build confidence, life skills, and social‑emotional growth in a dynamic school setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children in schools, childcare programs, camps, recreation programs, or youth organizations preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for youth development.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with students and create a welcoming environment.
• Serve as a role model by promoting respect, responsibility, and resilience.
• Support students through positive behavior guidance and conflict resolution.
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
• Lead engaging enrichment, recreation, and team-building activities.
• Facilitate homework help and academic support sessions.
• Participate in games, fitness activities, and outdoor play.
• Help students develop social-emotional and leadership skills.
• Assist with daily program setup and cleanup.
• Support student check-in, attendance, and dismissal procedures.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and positive learning environment.
• Follow all company policies, licensing requirements, and safety procedures.
