Job summary

Innovation Learning Inc. is seeking a part-time Resilience Coach to support after-school programs across the Atlanta area. You will mentor students, foster confidence, and help them build life skills in a safe, engaging environment.

Responsibilities include leading enrichment activities, homework help, and social-emotional development, with a schedule Monday through Friday 2:30 PM–6:00 PM during school terms and breaks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children in schools, childcare programs, camps, recreation programs, or youth organizations preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for youth development.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
• Willing to undergo and successfully pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with students and create a welcoming environment.
• Lead enrichment, recreation, and team-building activities.
• Provide homework help and academic support sessions.
• Assist with daily program setup, check-in, attendance, and dismissal procedures.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and positive learning environment.
