Job summary

Entertainment Partners in Burbank, CA is seeking an Assistant Residuals Analyst to verify residual show setups and payments across distribution markets, supporting compliance with union contracts. You will learn and apply EP residuals processes and system programs.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, 0–2 years in contract administration or residuals, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or industry/job experience equivalent.
• 0 - 2 years in contract administration, union and union employment contracts experience.
• 0 - 2 years of Residual experience or equivalent industry/job experience.
• 0 - 2 years accounting/payroll experience, (entertainment industry preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Verify residual show setups and payments for various distribution markets per union contracts and EP guidelines.
• Learn system programs and apply guild provisions accurately.
• Interpret and apply Guild agreements and assist with documentation of procedures.
• Test new software programs ensuring payments and products follow guild regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and EP proprietary data.
• Promote unity and cooperation within the department to achieve goals.
