The position emphasizes prospecting, needs analysis, and proposal development for telecom, cloud services, and utility auditing solutions across the USA.

You will manage the entire sales cycle, nurture client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and support existing clients.
• Candidates should possess Sales experience and Training abilities to drive new business, explain technical solutions, and educate clients on product offerings.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze client data, prepare cost-savings models, and support proposal development.
• Relevant experience in IT, telecom, cloud services, or utility auditing is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and meet sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort learning new technologies and communication platforms.
• Prior B2B sales experience and familiarity with systems such as Avaya, Mitel, Nortel, or cloud telephony providers (e.g., RingCentral, 8x8) are a plus.
