Pathways to Life, Inc. is hiring Residential Paraprofessionals for our Greenville Group Home. You’ll provide structured support, guidance, and care for youth in a safe, nurturing environment.

Our team shares the schedule on a rotating basis, so every team member works both evening and overnight shifts. What You’ll Do includes supporting youth with daily living activities, emotional regulation, and social skill development, using behavior strategies, de-escalation techniques, and crisis

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to rotate between 2nd shift (3 PM–11 PM) and 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM) with availability Sunday–Saturday.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stay actively engaged with youth.
• Flexibility for occasional schedule changes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support youth with daily living activities, emotional regulation, and social skill development.
• Use individualized behavior strategies, de-escalation techniques, and crisis intervention.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive group home environment.
• Document daily service notes and behavioral observations according to agency and NC standards.
• Take part in team meetings and treatment planning.
• Provide transportation for youth appointments and attend school meetings as needed.
