Pathways to Life, Inc. is hiring Residential Paraprofessionals for our Greenville Group Home. You’ll provide structured support, guidance, and care for youth in a safe, nurturing environment.

Our team shares the schedule on a rotating basis, so every team member works both evening and overnight shifts. What You’ll Do includes supporting youth with daily living activities, emotional regulation, and social skill development, using behavior strategies, de-escalation techniques, and crisis

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to rotate between 2nd shift (3 PM–11 PM) and 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM) with availability Sunday–Saturday.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stay actively engaged with youth.
• Flexibility for occasional schedule changes as needed.

Paraprofessional – Residential Group Home

Location: Greenville, Pitt County, NC

Schedule: Rotating shifts, Sunday through Saturday availability required

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Important: This position requires the ability to rotate between both 2nd and 3rd shift. Applicants who can only work one shift cannot be considered.
