Hillcrest Youth Services is seeking a PRN Youth Worker to supervise residents in our residential program, with shifts on 2nd and 3rd shift. A 2-week training is required upon hire, and applicants must be 21+.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor degree in related Human Services field preferred.
• Must pass required background checks.
• Previous work with juveniles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of residents.
• Provide fair and constructive discipline to residents.
• Maintain security and safety of facility and residents.
• Maintain complete and accurate resident records.
• Manage transportation of residents.
• Assist with laundry and general cleaning for each unit.
• Screen admissions/referrals for appropriateness of Hillcrest's programming.
