RFK Community Alliance in Lancaster, MA is seeking a Residential Supervisor to join our youth service team. The role offers a full-time, day shift (7am-3pm) and a competitive hourly wage of $24.00–$25.50. You will provide direct care on your shift and lead in the absence of the Program Coordinator.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related Human Service field preferred.
• Minimum of one year residential experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with a range of staff and demonstrate leadership and maturity.
• Ability to manage a high-paced, emotionally charged treatment environment.
