Pivot Point Center for Youth in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily Group Living operations under the Director of Group Living. You will ensure programs comply with policies, licensing, and the Positive Operational Culture framework while supervising Unit Managers.

Ideal candidates hold a related bachelor's degree, 3 years in juvenile treatment, 1 year in supervision, and strong multi-tasking and people skills. Background checks, drug screen and TB test are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (as listed).
• Three (3) years of experience in a juvenile treatment setting.
• One (1) year supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of the Positive Operational Culture behavior modification program.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily management of Group Living operations under the Director of Group Living.
• Ensure ROP programs comply with policies, procedures and licensing requirements.
• Supervise Unit Managers and other staff as appropriate.
• Manage multiple people and projects and maintain safe, positive environment.
