Rite of Passage Brand is looking for a Night Youth Care Worker to join their team at Walton Academy in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. This role involves providing supervision and ensuring the safety of youth in a high-risk residential treatment program for males aged 13-19. The position offers a starting wage of $19 per hour and includes health benefits and a 401k match.

The schedule consists of 4 days per week, allowing 3 days off. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and experience working with youth in group activities.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and 40 hours of college education or one year experience working with youth.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in organized group activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour security and supervision for youth.
• Monitor and document behaviors during recreational activities.
• Assist and mentor youth in their development.
