Job summary

Children’s Network of Hillsborough Florida, LLC is seeking a Youth Care Specialist to provide care, supervision, and emotional support for youth in a residential group home. You will maintain a safe, structured environment, document activities, and coordinate meals and transportation.

The role requires 21+ age, HS diploma, dependability, and trauma-informed approach; you will work varied shifts including evenings and weekends and complete required trainings.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of youth work preferred.
• Must be 21+ with dependable, discreet, and good judgement.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Supervise youth and maintain safety in group home.
• Document incidents and progress accurately in files.
• Coordinate activities and transportation for youth.
• Respond to crises using de-escalation techniques.
• Collaborate with staff and families as needed.
