Rite of Passage is seeking a Group Leader for Uta Halee Academy in Omaha, Nebraska. You will oversee safety, care, and around-the-clock supervision of students under the direction of coaching staff, with a focus on creating a supportive environment for youth.

Requirements include 60 hours of college education or military experience, at least 1 year in a supervisory role, and the ability to pass background checks and medical screenings. Schedule includes B shift commitments.

Formación

• 60 hours of college education and/or military experience required.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, TB test, and physical.
• Be at least 21 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety and around-the-clock supervision of students.
• Coordinate with Senior Coach Counselors and Night Coach Counselors.
• Direct staff to meet service expectations and responsibilities.
• Provide direct care hours to at-risk youth.
