Job summary

Rite of Passage Brand is hiring a Shift Leader at Uta Halee Academy in Omaha, Nebraska. This role oversees safety, care, and around-the-clock supervision of students under a team of Senior Coach Counselors and Night staff.

Requires a Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field and at least 2 years of experience with at-risk youth in residential or similar settings, plus background checks. Competitive pay starts at $50,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required.
• At least 2 years of experience working with at-risk youth in a residential home, juvenile detention, or treatment facility setting.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, care, and 24/7 supervision of students through staff.
• Direct activities and performance of Senior Coach Counselors, Coach Counselors, and Night Coach Counselors.
• Work to ensure service expectations are met and provide direct care hours to youth.
