Rite of Passage is seeking a Group Leader for Uta Halee Academy in Omaha, NE. You will supervise staff and provide around-the-clock care and supervision for residents in a female-specific, residential program.

Qualifications

• 60 hours of college education and/or military experience required.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, care and around-the-clock supervision of students.
• Direct and supervise Senior Coach Counselors, Coach Counselors and Night Coach Counselors.
• Participate in evaluating performance and directing staff as needed.
• Provide a supportive environment addressing students' needs.
