Earn a $1,000 Bonus After Successful Completion of Essential Skills Training (within90 days)
Pay: starting at $18.00/hour for those with less than 2 years of experience with at-risk youth and a high school diploma.
What you will do: As a Youth Care Worker, you’ll provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program, and provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students. You’ll monitor and document student behaviors during the night and collaborate with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan. This is an awake night position.
To be considered, you should: Possess at least 2 years of post-high school education ~ 2 years of experience working with youth ~ be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test, ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
