Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential window service or installation experience.
• Experience with replacement windows and warranty service.
• Excellent measuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete lifetime warranty service appointments.
• Perform window repair and other residential service calls.
• Troubleshoot issues with replacement windows and products.
• Document measurements, photos, and service notes using iPad.
• Coordinate with Operations and Installation teams to prepare projects for production.
