Job summary

Avanti seeks a Service Tech to oversee installation, repair, and service of Avanti windows and doors in newly built homes. You will ensure final touch-ups, no defects, and proper adjustments near homeowner occupancy.

Work starts at 6 AM, M–F with possible Saturday shifts; outdoors, with ladders and cordless tools. Training on AIM method provided. Strong English and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ customer service; customer interaction experience preferred.
• General construction knowledge or window/door applications/components desirable but not required.
• Must tolerate outdoor elements.
• Clean driving record; MVR a premium.
• Leaders with listening ability; punctual and reliable; be on time daily.
• Construction experience a plus; window experience a plus.
• Willing to learn AIM method; on-the-job training from day one.
• Ability to use cordless drivers, levels, and nail guns.
• Ability to safely climb a ladder.
• Ability to follow OSHA fall protection procedures.
• Ability to lift 30-100 lbs several times per day.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Desire to grow rapidly within the company.

Responsibilities

• Install Avanti window and door products into newly constructed homes.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and Avanti colleagues.
• Follow company safety guidelines and OSHA policies.
• Start times are 6 AM, Monday–Friday; occasional Saturdays may be required.
• Learn and apply the Avanti Install Method (AIM).
• Support teammates and meet customer expectations; no defects or broken glass.
• Maintain proper safety, reference warranties and product specifications.
• Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
• Ensure proper flashing and install methods for vinyl windows and doors.
• Lift and carry materials as required; manage tools and equipment.
