Job summary

Avanti is seeking a Lead Window Installer to set expectations for productivity, quality, safety, and installation standards on every job. You will direct the crew, ensure tools, PPE, and materials are ready, and train team members on proper installation processes while maintaining customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has window installation experience, general home construction know-how, a clean driving record, and the ability to lead, communicate professionally, and follow OSHA safety

Qualifications

• Window installation experience is required.
• General home construction experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate field issues and areas for improvement effectively.
• Be at work on time every day.
• Train crew on proper installation processes and ensure tool and material readiness.
• Direct a crew on job specifications and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed and follow OSHA fall protection procedures.
