Renewal by Andersen is seeking a detail-oriented Window and Door Measure Technician to join our team in California. You will accurately measure and assess window and door installations to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential construction and measurement work.
• 3+ years in technical assessment for home improvement projects.
• Proficient in measuring and installing residential windows.
• Strong customer focus and ability to deliver excellent service.
• Highly organized with multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Teams, and video conferencing.
• Professional appearance and strong written/oral communication.
• Licensed California driver with insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-installation assessments on site and remotely.
• Provide installation solutions that meet customer expectations and costs.
• Identify issues that could affect customer outcomes and costs.
• Maintain knowledge of construction basics and installation standards.
• Draft detailed instructions for installation crews and create materials lists.
• Prepare homeowners for installation and next steps in the process.
• Complete paperwork neatly and timely; keep team informed of interactions.
