Job summary

West Shore Home in Houston, TX is seeking a Residential Remodeler to install replacement windows and exterior doors, remodel bathrooms, flooring, and more as part of our nationwide team. You will arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM, travel to customers, greet them, and complete installations with care while maintaining safety SOPs and delivering a 5-star experience.

Qualified candidates have carpentry/remodeling experience or a strong willingness to learn, basic tool knowledge, and a valid

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction - or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
