Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler to perform safe and effective installations, following SOPs and PPE, delivering a 5-star experience at the customer's home in Oklahoma.

The Installer will start by 6:30 AM, load materials, travel to homes, greet customers, perform installations, and complete paperwork while maintaining a clean worksite and adhering to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
