West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler for our Richmond, VA location. The role starts Monday–Friday with a 6:30 AM start.

The installer will perform safe installations of replacement windows and exterior doors, following SOPs and PPE protocols to deliver a 5-star customer experience. Responsibilities include loading materials at the warehouse, visiting customers, establishing rapport, removing old spaces, installing replacements, and cleaning up.

Qualificações

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication

Responsabilidades

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
