Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler in Tampa, FL, with a schedule of Monday-Friday and a start time of 6:30 AM. The Installer will perform safe installations of replacement windows and exterior doors, following SOPs and PPE protocols while ensuring a 5-star customer experience.

Responsibilities include loading materials, visiting homes, installing windows/doors, cleaning the job site, and handling paperwork and payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction; hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to the customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
