Job summary

Critter Control is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion Service Technician to manage residential and commercial accounts in the Cape Cod area. You will perform exclusion measures, inspections, and on-site repairs while maintaining excellent client communication.

The role emphasizes a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to high service standards. A valid driver’s license and physical ability to lift 75 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Professional in appearance and communication
• Organized with emphasis on document management and daily route management
• Must possess a strong ability to operate a tablet and smartphone
• Comfortable handling face-to-face, email, text and phone interactions with clients
• Able to lift and carry 75 pounds
• This is a non-smoking position
• Valid state issued drivers license

Responsibilities

• Carry out exclusionary measures as per work orders, including attics, crawl spaces, under decks, roofs and ladders
• Inspect homes thoroughly and perform home inspections
• Maintain accurate route documents and ensure timely communication with clients
