Job summary

InReach NC in Charlotte, NC is seeking friendly, caring individuals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential home setting. You will assist with meals, daily living tasks, and meaningful activities to promote independence and well-being.

Responsibilities include documenting activities, aiding personal care, monitoring dosages, and driving a full-size van when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of experience (paid or volunteer) with the I/DD population or role-relevant experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old; prior group home experience preferred.

What We Need

Friendly and caring individuals who work with adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) living in a residential home setting in Charlotte, NC.

What You'll Do

Hours

30+ hours over the weekend (Fri-Sun)

Rate

$16.00 per hour (Earn over $500 per weekend)

Schedule

Friday 6pm-11pm; Saturday 7am-11pm; Sunday 7am-6:30pm (every other weekend; overnight sleep stay Friday & Saturday is required)

• This position does not include pay for time spent sleeping during a shift.
