Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure in the United States is seeking a Residential Water Treatment Sales Consultant to own your territory, service leads, and hunt for new opportunities. You will perform in-home water tests, present tailored solutions, and build trust with homeowners.

You will collaborate with installation teams, grow your pipeline through referrals and community involvement, track activity against goals, and earn through a commission-based plan with a vehicle allowance.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred in Sales or Marketing or equivalent.
• Proven track record of residential sales experience preferred.
• Community involvement.
• Excellent time management, telephone, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to obtain Culligan Sales License within 90 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Take daily ownership of your territory and hunt for additional business opportunities while servicing company-provided leads.
• Assess prospects' needs, conduct in-home water tests, and present tailored solutions.
• Follow up with customers who previously purchased to explore additional equipment opportunities and referrals.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Partner with service and installation teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Grow your pipeline through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Track activity and results to stay aligned with goals.
