Job summary

Lakeshore Recycling Systems in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Residential Driver to safely operate a collection truck, load recyclables, and provide courteous service to customers on assigned routes. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL Class B with air brake endorsement.
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate residential collection truck in a safe and efficient manner.
• Collect waste and recyclables from residential customers on assigned routes.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Communicate with dispatch and route supervisors regarding issues or delays.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle.
• Follow all safety guidelines and DOT regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns when necessary.
