Job summary

Lakeshore Recycling Systems in North Liberty, IA is seeking a Residential Driver to operate a collection truck, service residential customers on assigned routes, and perform pre- and post-trip inspections in line with DOT and company policies.

You will communicate with dispatch, maintain vehicle cleanliness, follow safety guidelines, and provide excellent customer service while adhering to route schedules on local travel.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.
• Ability to operate heavy-duty trucks and related equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret route sheets and maps.
• Basic familiarity with mobile devices such as tablets or route tracking apps.
• Ability to enter service notes and complete route information electronically.

Responsibilities
