Job summary

CenterPointe is seeking a Program Director to oversee a long-term program serving individuals with SPMI and substance use disorders. The role includes managing admissions/discharges, supervising staff and activities, and ensuring comprehensive evaluation, therapy, and support services in collaboration with the treatment team.

You will oversee health and safety across the treatment environment and work with multidisciplinary teams to advance integrated care outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Active LIMHP and LADC licenses in the State of Nebraska.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Experience working with persons with co-occurring and complex diagnoses.
• 5 or more years' experience as a professional clinician.
• 2 or more years of experience directly supervising staff and/or clinical programming supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admission and discharge processes for the program.
• Supervise program activities and staff.
• Ensure provision of evaluation, therapy, counseling, and support services in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Maintain health and safety of the treatment environment.
• Coordinate with other treatment team members to support client outcomes.
