Job summary

Phoenix House in Santa Ana, CA seeks an Operations Manager to provide leadership and administrative management of residential treatment services for adolescents and/or adults. The role oversees recovery support, facility operations, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Reporting to the Program Director, you will supervise staff, coordinate trainings, manage schedules, and collaborate with the Clinical Director on transition planning and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field; AOD Counselor certification preferred.
• AMFT or ACSW registered with BBS a plus.
• At least two years leadership and management experience in a SUD residential treatment center or similar setting.
• Must maintain a valid California Drivers' License, have proof of automobile insurance and maintain a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct recovery support and facility staff relations, including supervision, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training, staff evaluations, corrective actions, and termination recommendations.
• Plans, coordinates, and facilitates residential meetings and staff trainings.
• Creates and maintains staff work schedules and participates in training program development.
• Oversees equal quality assurance across recovery support services and facility operations using an electronic health record system.
