Job summary

Southeastern New Hampshire Services, a division of Community Partners, is seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to facilitate individual and group counselling sessions and maintain clinical documentation. The role collaborates with the Clinical Team and partner organizations while supporting the Turning Point Residential Program.

Applicants should have MLADC or LICSW/LCMHC licensure and experience with substance use disorders; mental health background is a plus.

Qualifications

• MLADC required or LICSW/LCMHC licensure.
• LICSW or LCMHC licensure in NH or ability to obtain.
• Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders.
• Mental health field experience is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with agencies and maintain regulatory compliance while completing timely documentation.
• Ability to use technology to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual counselling sessions.
• Lead group counselling sessions.
• Complete clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to process and manage decisions.
• Support Turning Point Residential Program daily operations and coordination with partner agencies.
