Job summary

Signature Health Inc. seeks a Counselor for Residential Services to assess treatment needs, develop plans, and deliver individual, family, and group counseling within a residential facility. You will coordinate care with a multi-disciplinary team and support discharge planning.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree, OH-licensed credentials (LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC), and BLS certification; Master’s degree preferred. The role may include flexible hours and telehealth as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred.
• Valid unencumbered LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC License in the State of Ohio required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience with co-occurring mental health/substance use diagnoses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess treatment needs and implement treatment plans for residential SUD/MH patients.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling; case management and discharge planning.
• Coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Engage families in treatment and ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing supervision.
