Job summary

Southwest Center seeks a Residential Manager to oversee Staff Residential and Technology Assisted Residential services. You will lead hands-on, ensuring homes reflect residents' choices, monitoring daily records, and supporting meaningful community involvement for individuals with IDD.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating shifts, and ensuring training is up to date. The role requires a driver’s license and readiness for after-hours coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Residential services, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Must be available to respond to residential needs outside regular business hours.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of assigned Staff Residential and Technology Assisted Residential locations.
• Complete routine home visits, including evenings, weekends, and other times when services are provided.
• Ensure homes are clean, safe, and reflect individuals' homes, not facilities.
• Supervise, coach, train, and hold staff accountable for performance.
• Monitor staffing schedules, overtime, call-ins, and coverage needs.
• Oversee technology alerts and ensure staff respond, document, and follow up.
