Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in the Human Service field is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required to perform responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents and provide a safe, supportive environment.
• Educate and model basic living and social skills, including budgeting and prioritizing needs vs. wants.
• Coordinate medical, dental, and psychiatric services and monitor medication compliance.
• Prepare and maintain billing forms, logs, and client records in line with Thrive standards and regulations.
• Provide crisis intervention and transport clients as needed.
